Return Eligibility

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products or downloadable items.
  • Hygiene or personal care products (if opened or used).
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Madhavans.shop will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets the return eligibility requirements.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
